Privacy
Short version: we collect what we need to issue and verify a credential, and nothing we do not.
What we collect
- If you use the free tools: nothing. The rate calculator runs entirely in your browser and sends us no data.
- If you request the curriculum PDF: your email address, so we can send it and occasionally write to you. Unsubscribe any time.
- If you take the course: your name, email, age group, assessment result, and certification dates.
- If you are under 18: a parent or guardian completes a consent step at signup.
What appears publicly
A verification page shows your name, certification date, expiry date, credential ID, age group and course, plus the published standard. It never shows your score, your number of attempts, or any failed result. If you complete a background check through a partner, we display only that a check was completed and when — never the report itself, which belongs to you.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not furnish reports about you to employers or families.
- We are not a consumer reporting agency and do not provide consumer reports.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct your details, unsubscribe from email, or delete your account and remove your verification page. Email hello@babysittingblueprint.com. Deleting your record removes your public verification page, so anyone checking your credential will no longer find it.
Cookies
We use only what is needed to run the site. We do not run advertising trackers.
